Michaela went over and beyond working with me via phone calls and finally with me physically bringing in my laptop to her so that she could assess the problem firsthand. Not only was she able to correct the issue, but she also offered and set up the bank's mobile app on my cell phone. Very much appreciated her help and kindness!!!!”

“Seems like a great bank to me. All of the customers and the bank employees seem very friendly; almost too friendly. Anyway, compared other banks around the area, this one is a home run. When I asked to cancel overdraft charges, they actually cancelled overdraft charges (crazy right!?), and when I make a withdrawal, the bank tellers don't give me an attitude (wow, also insane!). These are huge wins compared to my other experiences in the area. The only problem I have is that the Bank ATM seldomly works, which should only ever be an issue on the weekends for most people.”

My husband and I have a business savings account, a business checking account, and a personal checking and savings account. We did have a mortgage but that is paid off and had car loans and they are paid off.”
