This branch is awesome. Specially the employees are really nice and helpful. Roopmanie Ghoorbatoor Is the best employee. I was stuck in a problem with my auto loan.she just solved it so fast. I would recommend this branch for business. Love for all the employees of this branch. Stay safe and blessed.

Today I went to the bank at 8:35 am to open an account. The sole front desk receptionist was not aptly trained by the management in account opening procedures and was clearly fumbling. It was 9:35 am and more experienced staff slowly started to trickle in. Instead of pitching in to save the rookie clerk from embarrasment, they were blaming me for not budgeting more time . The last person even scolded us for being very aggressive. One hour to0 open a simple MM account. With this type of attitude, this bank issure to lose more customers. Time for management to do serious introspection on how to improve upon the customer service experience. Very rude staff.

Front desk staff is not knowledgeable of banking products. He is very unprofessional and has poor interpersonal skills. He stared at me inappropriately the whole time that I was opening my account while my spouse was sitting right next to me. Most of all he treated my spouse and I quite indignantly when we made a deposit last Saturday. This bank was recommended to me by a financial advisor, however I will not be banking here much longer. I am going across the street to Td. Bank.
