I found the perfect item on Travers clearance page!!! It came in handy during Henri prep. I plan to scan the clearance page again soon. 50% off is better than driving to Home Depot.

Great place! I come here every week! High quality tools and excellent customer service. The people at the front desk are super helpful and friendly! A big thank you to Greg (one of the managers) who goes out of his way to make sure I get the right tool for the job and for the amazing promos that he offers! Be sure to check the catalog and the website before coming in, they have amazing stuff, especially the custom made sets that Greg puts together!

I happened to be working in the area and needed a few Power Tools. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to share the experience. The sales rep who helped me (Greg) went completely out of his way to get me a deal. He put a lot of effort into finding me a coupon that brought my purchase down a considerable amount. Obviously he didn't have to do that, but he insisted. And the knowledge they have on the tools they sell really sold it for me. You normally don't get this kind of service in a Home Depot or Amazon. So I figured my visit would benefit someone out there.

Customer error??? Where does it say a PO Box was entered for a delivery address on this confirmation email. That was what I was told was the reason I never received it. I do not see PO Box anywhere. Your company is the only one I have ever had problems with. Now you still try to place blame on me? I will let the BBB sort this out and wish to no longer be contacted by you or any one representing Travers.

They are selling refurbished used tools as new. We ordered an expensive item and come to find out it was previously used.

Did not have a good experience. Poor management and a big waste of time. Order from another industrial supplier and you will be better off.

Please be advised not to do business with this company. They ship products that are damaged and they don't give you a full refund when you return them. They also charged us for shipping when it was their fault for sending defective items.
