This place amazes me!! Instead of getting ripped off, I find a business that goes back to the olden days of VIP White Glove service in auto body repairs. Not only was the work at New Express Auto done impeccably on my Odyssey, I received customer service beyond better than I've experienced at any auto body shop. Mary can facilitate your insurance claims and repairs in both Korean and English. She is an honest business person and reasonable in her own discernment of your case. She knows many insurance adjusters and can speed the insurance claim process like no other. My 2015 Odyssey now drives like a 1988 Cadillac and I'M SO HAPPY!!! Insurance paid for most of the work but if it were all to come out of pocket, it would still be worth it!Services: Oil change

Very professional place to have your car fixed! Consulted with Mary and she explained in detail about what to expect at my end. Knowing that customers are already upset that their cars need to be fixed, this place was definitely helpful. Highly recommend to go and check this place out when you need a honest work done on your car!
