I am a customer with Citibank for more than 30 yrs. This is the worst branch I have visited so far. I am not sure it's the management fault or they are under staff. You have to wait for more than 1 hour to open an CD account .

Yesterday, I had to wait for an hour and a half for some business, but it still wasn't done. It looked like there was a queue for registration, but in fact, people who came from behind ran ahead as long as they were acquaintances. It was really annoying. I can receive transfers to my Citibank account and withdraw cash from ATMs, but I cannot pay to the other party from the computer. For example, I can receive a full tax refund from the tax department, I cannot pay from the computer account, and I have paid taxes twice. The tax department didn't receive it, and sent me another tax reminder. If I can't pay, there will be a fine. Although it only costs 30 yuan, my credit is very important. Yesterday, I finally bought a money order and asked the staff of the accounting building to write it. I sent the envelope and mailed it. I don’t know why the computer can’t pay online. Please give me some advice from an expert who knows. Thank you very much. This bank was very good last year. How did it become like this in just one year? The front staff also said they didn’t know. What's the reason? I asked you to call the phone number on the card at home. Someone answered. It's always in English. Oh, there's nothing I can do.

Tried calling this branch all day - no one answers no matter what time of day. Call is re-directed to Citi Call center # for assistance. When they re-direct me directly to the branch, same thing happens - no one answers. Gets again re-directed to the Call Center #. Back and forth. Waste of time.

Customer service is decent amongst staff except for Jennifer Castro who completely ignored me and rolled her eyes as I voiced my concern to her that one woman did not wait in line and skipped the line to be seen by a teller. I have never had a customer service issue with Citi until today. Very unnecessary experience when this has been my only encounter with tellers at this location.

If you wait in line for teller service during a peak period like lunch time expect to wait at least 20 minutes.Over 10 windows but only 4 are staffed, so what's the point of having the other windows?It seems unless you're a Citigold member, you're just viewed as a lowly cash cow and get basic service.Issue is with staffing management, staff themselves are nice and professional so not their fault.
