When I was came to the flushing, I always using Bank of America. I really like this bank and staff. But I don’t know from when, they changed too many staff. Most important thing that current bank employees are so rude. I always have a lot of cash need to deposit. And the bank employees looked so mad when I took out the money from my bag. And most important thing that when he finished, after that nothing. Just let you get out here. Never greeting. It was not only one time. Also last time he asked me how much the cash. I didn’t remember it. He said he needed to know how much that he can help me to deposit. He is Spanish guy. And he was doing same way to the other Chinese customers. So if you don’t like to serve Chinese people, you can go to your Spanish place to serve your Spanish people. I am so disappointed this bank. It was true and he still doing the same way (every time he was in the counter). I hope the bank manger need to training bank employees how to nice to the customer ( no racial discrimination)

Extremely long line with just one teller working. In the meantime, there’s numerous employees walking back and forth. Even after I asked them to add another teller, they did nothing. Just awful service.

I try to deposit $1000 of $1 dollar bills on my business and the counter only takes $500. I am doing business for 2 decades never said limit $1 bill deposit. This bank so unprofessional and looks everyone like not want to do anything. I let this community know don’t go this bank and I feel not safe to open accounts here anymore

On Wednesday October 11th, 2023, I stopped by the BOA, 144-76 Northern Blvd. Branch.Mr. Evan Wang spent over an hour helping me resolve my problems by calling the Fraud Department as well as other customers' service.Mr. Wang went above and beyond his call of duty and I appreciated his kindness and professionalism.Thank you Mr. Wang.
