This place is a scam. Ethically, no matter your race or religion, there is a human code of ethics in business dealings. I asked repeatedly to cancel my order and they shipped it anyway. I ordered a gallon hair oil, they ship me a small box of oil. I ask for red henna cones, they wanted to give me purple. Unfortunately this is on the same order. There are a lot of products online and very few is available what you asked. In my culture this is really bad, and scammer business men is an understatement. Stick to Amazon or your local Patelbrothers. Never ever order from a dishonest place like this. It’s more than unethical to continue to operate a shipping company like this any further. As a business owner I’m disgusted with their business practices.

they were not even there. my google maps took me and there was no sign or anything!!!!! AND were not open. so i wasted time and gas! never again.

They changed their standard shipping from multiple choice to about $6 to $13 they said it because of my location ( Which is not to far away from them), so I put in their address in for shipping and I got $13 shipping. Not sure what their story is

I say, NOT ONE star, but ZERO stars! For 1) sending the wrong product, 2) refusing to take responsibility for this, 3) being mis-informed about what the product which they sent actually was (or, rather, was NOT), 4) attempting to mis-inform me, 5) attempting to weasel out of it all in order to have me pay for return shipping!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a product from them that I have been using for 50 years and know exactly what it is supposed to be like. They sent me FAKE product; not the right thing at all. When it arrived, there was NO padding at all with the packaging, and the product was damaged. When I immediately called in to report, they did not care at all and did nothing. Then when I used the product to find out it was poor quality, I called in a second time and they said I would have to write in to get a refund. I sent a lengthy report supported by many photos only to have them say they would do nothing at all! Absolutely terrible customer service! Be warned.....

I am very disappointed with myHenna.us service. Your website should be updated, or you will loose the trust of your customers. I can’t believe the level of service you offer with putting wrong information in your website, taking the money and later informed me that the product I ordered is not available. Pls make sure to update your website and not to cheat your customers by taking the money into your account, keep it for long time, and Iam not sure even if you will refund it or no. That will give you very bad reputation with very bad review

I received my ordered. They asked if they could send an alternative and I said yes. A mistake. The henna didn't even stain the skin after 6 hours. When I asked for a return And even sent picture proof I was told the product was not defective.It advertised it lasted over a week. I was told it lasted 3 days. They would never admit it was defective. I will not order from them again. The henna I ordered from them in the past only lasted 3 days at most. Not worth it. Bad customer service.

I ordered nine boxes of coloring powders online on 04/2016 and they sent me goods with production date of 02/2015 and expiration dates of 01/2017. I want to return most of them and am informed that the company do not pay for the shipping cost of return products. It is a fairly bad experience. I will never buy any goods from this company again.
