Terrible free coffee taste like soap.Well looks like they are going to close this branch in August.They say the rent is to damn high but they are going the way of capital one as they are closing down other branches.

BS +++ I'll keep this review simple. Not sure why such a low rating for an awesome bank location. It's hidden in a small block of Floral Park (right across my favorite breakfast spot). They have a shared small parking area. The machines are advance and more upgraded than the rest of the local Chase banks around this area. The tellers are nice and quick to help. Again, not sure why their rating is so low but I am giving them a nice positive one. Come to this bank for all your Chase transactions you will not be disappointed. Boomsauce scale. BW = Dis $@% is BASURA! (Garbage). Not recommended. BS = it's just O.K. (experience) BS+ = Yo! I like this place. BS++= That's Whoa! This place good. BS+++= Dayumm! This place is fkn DOPE!

the worst chase branch ever . if they had a choice for negative stars they would get a -2 rating. i am a non-chase member and i went into this branch to withdrawel money from there atm. not only did it have a malfunction and did not dispense the cash I withdraw from THEIR atm mechiane, but it did withdraw from my account so I was unable to try and take the money out from another ATM. When I return back to the bank the person on the phone from my own bank had asked if he could speak to someone at that location and the person not only refused but said it wasn't their problem., meanwhile it was their banks ATM that I try was having the issue with. I couldn't understand how it wasn't their problem they were fully responsible for what had occurred. I will never go to chase bank especially this location because they do not help you ,they will not help you and they're completely and utterly rude. I've never had such a bad experience at a place of business let alone a bank. If customer service is their motto and they want to get better clients this experience has 100% turned me away from ever joining chase bank

Went to go cash my bonds at 830am and was turned down because 'it takes too long' .... I wish I could not do my job sometimes because it takes to long

This branch has really went down in customer service. I use that drive thru teller service they have and it is horrible. They need better customer service. One lady saw me in the drive thru and didn't come to me until I rang the call button which I didn't know I needed to ring. So I was sitting there like an idiot while she ignored because I didn't press the call button. Next time I go I gave the lady my card and shes like this isn't an atm. Give me your ID. Are you out of your mind. This is like an atm just in a drive thru. Ridiculous. Then the last time I was there another lady helped me and she took like 15 mins to get me $10. Like really?! Such bad customer service! Only good thing is location is convenient!

Iam thinking about leaving this bank The only good thing about it is its parking. Not run well at all. I came in to get change of a twenty they make you swipe your debit card..
