This place has a forever customer in me!! I called at approximately 6pm for an arrangement to be delivered and they exceeded all expectations!! Made me the most beautiful bouquet and had it delivered within 2 hours.

Ordered the “Birthday Surprise”for a friend that was local to Casey’s; the description mentioned that the bouquet came with two balloons. Unfortunately my order did not, I confirmed with the DoorDash deliverer if balloons were included during the pick up and he stated that it was not. I tried calling the store for clarification but got the answering machine several times. It was probably an oversight but for the price, this shouldn’t have been an issue.

This place was great! They were one of vendor suggestions for our wedding at Jericho Terrace and the flowers exceeded our expectations when we saw them! We went with Frank and his team because they were the most economical choice. We went to two others but their quotes just got more and more expensive! We’re so happy with our choice and they were so accommodating as well. Gave us a lot of surprises that day and was there to greet us on our wedding as well. Our wedding was terracotta themed and the colors came out amazing!! Thank you so much!

This place was great! They were one of vendor suggestions for our wedding at Jericho Terrace and the flowers exceeded our expectations when we saw them! We're so happy with our choice and they were so accommodating as well. Gave us a lot of surprises that day and was there to greet us on our wedding as well. I have NO idea how Jericho Terrace would offer this florist as one of their vendors. I do not recommend using them. The owner has poor communication skills; he does not respond to texts, forgets he's made appointments (or doesn't care), makes customers wait in the rain for 20 minutes while his daughter is literally right upstairs, and showed up an hour and 15 minutes to Jericho Terrace. Most of my daughter's pictures were without her bouquet. Find another florist, take my word for it.

Casey's Florist did the floral work for our rehearsal dinner (at Jonathan's) and wedding (at Jericho Terrace). Casey's did a great job on both events. We worked with Frank, and he was helpful in every way. He listened to our vision and--with patience and expertise--improved upon it and made it reality. The flower arrangements were stunning. Frank went above and beyond making sure every detail was as it should be. As an aside, Frank is fluent in Spanish and English, which came in handy in our particular case.

I only went here because of the great reviews, but as soon as I went in I got a nasty attitude and eye roll from the girl working there, I paid for my bridal bouquet upfront and told them exactly how I wanted it, when I got there the wrapping on the bouquet was a different color, and they were supposed to add a pin to it, and it wasn’t even added on, I had to tell her to change the ribbon and and the pin because I already paid for it, I understand that the florist was the one that made it but there was no need for her to roll her eyes at me, and give me a stink attitude. And I’m the most nicest and patient person you will ever mean, not once did I get mad or yell, I kept my composure. I almost slipped and fell as you enter in because the AC was ontop of the door entrance by the window and there was a huge puddle on the floor, thank god I looked on the floor when I entered in, if not I would’ve fell, there was no caution wet sign or even a bucket to catch the water falling. My experience was horrible because of her attitude. Like how can you be rude to your customers that are nice?! I have never left any bad reviews anywhere but it was my wedding day and wasn’t treated well. I’m sure she must be the owner because when I left I asked her what her name as and she said Casey.

I’m very unhappy with this florist!! They started of nice but the day of the event, the majority of the flowers were drying and yellowish color. Will not order from here again!!!!

I hate writing bad reviews but when something is not done properly, my words will be doing the talking!Paid in advance for two bouquets to be ready at 6:30 the day prior. The young lady looked annoyed and seemed to not care about my business.Came in the next to pick it up and it was not done !She then tells me I can make it for you. She didn’t seem to care that my time and my money was important. The arrangement was done in rush like she didn’t have a care in the world to setup nicely.I have been to other florist and they take the time making the bouquet nice and thought out . Not her, the details were all over the place. I know their just flowers but I pay close to details , and it just didn’t flow together!Will I recommend this place , sadly no!

They are amazing. The owner is extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. We had some last minute changes on the day of our wedding and he was so accommodating to make everything turn out better than expected. Can't recommend enough.
