My husband needed a suit for an upcoming wedding and this place is the definition of disappointment. My husband and I were the only ones in the store and we still didn't get any help. One staff member came over and measured my husband for a jacket, handed him one and said try this on and then walked away and that was the last we saw of him. My husband complained to the manager and she couldn't have cared less. Complete waste of time and gas, save yourself the aggravation and go to Charney's Menswear & Tuxedos located at 3150 Erie Blvd E, Syracuse, NY 13214.

I had never left any bad review for any business but I will do it on google today. This is regarding my very bad experience at Fayetteville, NY store. Your manager is unprofessional and unapologized for not informing and giving my complete Order even 5-6 weeks later. I am checking myself multiple times with your store and getting one thing at a time from my order. I still not get one shirt which she reordered to my home address , as I was quite upset today. On the top, manager is unapologetic and showing tantrum. I am sure if work environments is bad there.
I will never go back to your store and make sure I will post my experience.
If there is option of zero star, I will give you that and I will never go to your store as long as I get my last order delivered. Never suggest anyone to buy from your store.

I just ordered for the first time from them, a tux.
My first concern, they say the have PayPal but it doesn't work.
I have seen this before from others and its concerning. It almost always means the supplier does want to pay a PayPal fee or deal with PayPal's rather good customer complaint handling. I'm already worried, as I do not have PayPal protection.

I went here to get fitted for a suit for my friend’s wedding and the ladies at the store on 4/29/24 evening were very helpful and friendly. They really did a nice job of helping me find something that fit nice and made the experience easy and enjoyable . Thank you so much ?. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Came to return a pair of shoes and a shirt that didn’t quite fit right and the woman at the counter immediately copped an attitude with me. I was traveling for work and needed a couple items of clothing for a business conference. She accused me of trying to “rent and return” despite the total return being less than half of my original bill. When I pointed this out she said, “well I’m surprised you’re not returning those items too!” I have been a customer for a while, I bought my wedding suit at a Jos A Bank, and I travel for work often. I’ve never had customer service so rude and accusatory.
