I hate writing a bad review but these guys have been really disappointing. Our table arrived damaged and another piece was not what we ordered. After calling many times Showplace did send their serviceman to fix the damaged table (which he did a great job fixing). But now we're getting the run-around from Showplace about the wrong piece that was delivered. First we were told the correct piece will ship in 1-2 weeks...3 weeks have now gone by and we're being told it won't be delivered for at least another month. We've already paid in full. The original order was placed over 2 months ago. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend using them.

Al is absolutely THE BEST to deal with! He sold a phenomenal piece at a great price! He had tremendous patience with us! We looked at a bunch of pieces and materials and then wound up with the original piece he showed us! Lol! He’s a great guy! GO SEE AL!!

Had a great experience shopping for our dinning set here at The Show Place. We were greeted by Al at the store who patiently listened to what we were looking for and directed us to the sections of the store. We appreciated how he gave us the space to explore and talk among ourselves about the pieces we liked and eventually gave a good deal on the set we liked. We will be coming back for other rooms soon.

My husband and myself came shopping here for our new home on Thursday, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted one of your salesman Al whom is a true gentleman. He worked with us for a number of hours and was not at all pushy and gave us plenty of space while helping us at the same time. We left saying that we would think about it and come back, which was totally fine with him. We returned on Sunday to make some purchases which we did , a bedroom set and a kitchen set. We will absolutely be returning here for more purchases with him. I normally dread working with salesman though I must say, he was an absolute pleasure! The store is very lucky to have him on their team. He is polished, professional, and incredibly easy to work with!

My wife and I bought two Craftmaster sofas from The Show Place last week. Our salesman Al was great. We had come back to the showroom several times with measurements and to look at different fabrics. At no point was Al pushy or overbearing. He always gave us space to think and talk, yet was always available to answer our questions. Al was also spot on with his suggestions. It was a pleasure to deal with him and we look forward to the delivery of our sofas!!!
