Farmingdale RSB All customer service representative’s top notch. Very helpful and professional. My only complaint is that the Drive-Up windows are no longer open later than the the branch. Probably due to COVD.

Where banking turns horrific - the lady with the Irish wedding band thinks she’s a lawyer. More like uneducated high school drop out. Closing accounts here, you can’t even call the bank numbers disconnected

Farmingdale-Went to open an account there.The smell of mold as you entered was horrific. Employees complained but nothing had changes. Good by, you've lost my future business

ATM machine is ALWAYS broken at this branch. Absolutely ridiculous that I need to be inconvenienced and pay fees at other banks.
