Brought my wedding dress here for alterations and they did meticulous and high quality work! Chris had amazing recommendations for mods to my dress based on tons of experience working with other brides, I’m so glad I took her advice. I fully trusted them with my most important garment! I have been back many times since for dry cleaning and they’re always a pleasure to work with.

They are the best in the business! They have been taking care of my families dry cleaning since I can remember! They also hemmed by prom dress which had several different layers and was difficult to hem and they managed to make it lay perfectly! I recently brought them a set of old stained baby clothes that my fiancé wore on his trip to America after being adopted as a baby I didn't think there was much hope for getting the clothes cleaned but they did it! The clothes are 97% better than they were originally which is amazing! These stains were over 30 years old!

I bought my wedding gown from a boutique in NYC and needed to find a place to have it altered. After seeing a sign in the window for bridal gowns I took a chance and booked a consultation at HyTone. All I have to say is WOW. Kris is so talented, passionate and invested in her clients. By no means what the experience luxurious but the final product was. She ended up doing my wedding gown, my mother’s gown and my 2 sisters gowns. She truly is so talented. As far as bridal alterations go she is affordable. Most importantly she is reliable and I would recommend HyTone and Kris to everyone!!

I’ve been going here for years and I think they can do ANYTHING. Even if I think something is impossible, they have been able to do it. From getting bizarre factory smells out of online clothing orders, to removing smeared lipstick on a bunch of skirts that went through the dryer, they have always been able to make my clothes good as new. I often bring clothes here to be cleaned or hemmed and they do a great job every time. Their prices are good and they are nice, honest people. I am grateful for them!

Clothes are always ready on time and clean. Have only used their wash&dry and dry clean service, but it's always been reliable. Nice staff too. Recommended.

After getting an absolutely awful hem job done at Merit Cleaners (and dealing with terrible customer service as well), I took my husbands pants here to be fixed. Not only were they able to do the job in less than 24 hours, the hem was done beautifully (which was far from the case at the other cleaners). The pants were done for my brothers wedding, so I was slightly stressed that they would not be done in time. They also did the alterations for my bridesmaid dress, and the dress was done perfectly. Would use again for sure.

I listened to these reviews and took a chance. Regretted it ever since. Took my UGGs here for cleaning and it came back discolored and fuzzy. They were pretty new and I just needed to get a little dirt stain off of them. Never again.

I moved to Long Island recently from NJ. Not knowing where anything is and starting over can be extremely over whelming. I decided to get on yelp. After reading multiple great reviews, I decided to try HY Tone Cleaners. Kris is amazing! I come here 2 times a week and have not once been disappointed. She is professional, kind, and does an amazing job. I highly recommend!
