I have been going here for years and they always are there to help me. Pump went and got a new one. It was defective.Laura and Dino made sure it was handled quickly and did the right thing to get my spa up and running. They never rush or or sell you stuff you don't need. Won't go anywhere else! Thank you for all you do!! I will keep recommending them. You won't be disappointed!!

I STRONGLY recommend Hot Shot Hot Tubs to anyone looking for a Hot Tub. The business is run my a husband and wife Dino and Laura. They are both GREAT! ANY time I have an issue they will return my phone call and ALWAYS help me out. They are ALWAYS there for me! There are plenty of Hot Tub places on 110. All the prices are comparable. I bought from Hot Shot Hot Tub because of Dino and Laura

Wonderful mom and pop buisness that supports their sales with excellent service that caters to the tubs they sell. Great place to get specialized tub parts for all brands. This is where to go for quality Cal Spa tubs backed up by great service, a rare find these days! I went to every hot tub store on Rt 110 for a part. No luck anywhere but Hot Shots. Way to go Dino and Laura!

Dino The owner is absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful and honest. I bought a hot tub from them 11 years ago and it still looks brand new. Had a few problems with it over the years and Dino's main mechanic Nelson is fantastic. I highly recommend hot shots. They are the best. Michael W.

Dino at hot shots is always professional and courteous I ordered some jets for a 10 year old King Spa I got from them the parts came in. I installed them myself. When I use service department the staff always quick to come and they get it right every timr. very glad I did business with them. They always have the chemicals I need in stock!

Delivered hot tubs and had to wait 10hrs to get unloaded. Told them I'd be there at 9am,was there at 12am gate opened at 8am, left 5 messages that I was there in the parking lot. Was told someone would be there in 45mins, was finally unloaded after 5pm

Dino and team are always amazing to deal with. Bought a hot tub 18 months ago and they were super knowledgeable and answered all our questions openly and honestly. Fast forward to now and I continue to be very happy with all my interactions with them including service calls, trouble shooting over the phone, and recommendations on accessories. Nelson is the best installer and service professional. I would highly recommend them for a future purchase or servicing of your existing unit.

Just want to say thank you Dino for servicing my Dynasty Spa. The service technician was very nice and very knowledgeable. My circ pump was leaking because it was old so the technician recommended getting a new one but I didn’t want my tub to be down for a week but the technician said he had one on the truck so I had him install it that was perfect service. Thank you now I can enjoy the season.
