I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding service your company provided me. The employee I interacted with most was Christine Cavaioli. She was very knowledgeable about the permit process and went above and beyond to obtain my permit in record time. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't recognize Lisa, Jessica, Christy and Theresa whom all worked together with Christine to make the entire process a huge success.

THEY SNITCHED ON US!!!!! As we were thinking of selling our home, we decided to do some research about having some issues legalized beforehand. Paul came to our home at no charge but shortly thereafter we received a HUGE proposal from Express Permits. We decided not to sell at this time but too late.... the Village sent us violations which were called into their office by Express Permits. Now we were being forced to follow thru. Is this how they drum up business for themselves?!! I find it to be extremely unethical & unprofessional. We will never do business with these kind of people!
A recent visit to the office in Farmingdale proved fruitless; Paul will not return my inquiry. The take-away is to be careful who you let into your house. We were betrayed even though we had done business with them before. Be WARNED!

Needing a permit for my home and after countless attempts on my own, I was glad I saw the "Sponsor-A-Highway" sign on Route 135 for Express Permits. Christine and Lisa made the entire process a breeze and hassle-free on my end. Their timely updates and detailed communication kept me regularly informed of the project status. Excellent work and extremely reasonable pricing. I have built throughout Farmingdale including an 11 house cul-de-sac Sean Michael Court and a 24 unit senior citizen housing project Elizabeth Ann Gardens on Conklin Street both in Farmingdale and I would highly recommend Express Permits for any project large or small. Their customer service was extremely fast and reliable and their down to Earth personal touch will keep me coming back for a simple office renovation or any large scale projects I have in the future. Extremely impressed with their operation soup to nuts.
