Staff is very Efficient and Knowledgeable as well as being Friendly and Compassionate.
I had a chance to sit in waiting room and observe the consistency of treatment, everyone was treated with respect and genuineness. Really nice experience.

Today was the last straw. My pets have been going to see Dr. Fales for a number of years now, and all I can say is the customer service is the only thing that has been consistently terrible. Expect to wait at minimum 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to even be taken back to the exam room, if you're even lucky enough to get an appointment. Then after being taken back to the exam room, expect at least another 30 minutes to be seen by Dr. Fales. In our case, we waited longer than an hour and still weren't seen because the vet was in a meeting with drug reps, chomping down on the Frosty's that were brought in. We ended up leaving after waiting for so long as our time is valuable too. Normally, they are busy with other pets and I get that but this was not the case today as we were literally the only patients in the building at the time we walked out. Very disrespectful and in poor taste of the care of their patients and paying customers. And that was just today. Another instance our cat had gotten into some peanut butter and was not acting right. We tried calling for an emergency appointment to which we had to call several times before someone finally answered. This was after several hours after we left a voicemail and the call was never returned from that. No urgency for the emergency appointment at all what so ever as they told us they couldn't get our cat into the office for a whole other week. Insane. Another time we had to go to Moonbrook for an emergency for the same cat that had a urine blockage. Moonbrook requested medical records and Falconer Veterinary never sent the requested records. Our cat was hospitalized for a week. Moonbrook told us upon picking up our cat that Fales never responded to the records request. They sure are quick to collect payment, though as that is the quickest part of the whole visit. If you care about your fur babies, your time and looking for a professional, welcoming experience keep looking as this is not the place for you. Oh and pro tip for the office, schedule your drug rep meetings in times where you don't have patients scheduled, the reps will wait, your customers however may not. Best of luck.

I have been going here for about 10 years. I have never been more appreciative than when we had to put our 16 year old dog down. The whole family (5 of us) was able to come in. Lots of tears. I am so thankful for the tenderness and sensitivity offered to us by Dr. Mary and staff.

The staff is amazing. They really care for the animals. They are moderately priced so if your furbaby is sick you don't have to skip paying some bills to pay for a vet visit.
Update: I can never say how great this office is. The staff is so wonderful and Amanda has always been so good with my dog who can be a handful at best of times and she has loved him. Dr. Mary is so great. I love them all so much here and am so grateful for the care for all animals even after they have passed.
Again, I had to go and have my cat cremated. Amanda is such a great person and I couldn't ask for a better place for my animals.

I would like to say thank you to everyone that I came into contact today, when I brought our family friend in today to be put down. EVERYONE was so kind, caring, compassionate. I gave 5 stars, but 5 just doesn't seem like enough.

UPDATE!! (We have now lost 3 of our fur babies due to the neglagence of this vet. They told us our cats had a form of covid and pressuered us to put our cats down, when we recieve the records of our cats they tested negative for this virus and our male cat was given a shot for heart worms and pregnancy which non he had. What the hell is wrong with you people i cannot even fathom the lack of empothy and the lack of willingness to do you jobs properly. For the Vet Amanda i hope you have a damn good lawyer because you most certainly will need one.)

My heart is absolutely shattered.
