it appears that fdp management is quite possibly a large national perhaps even international corporation. If this is the case my concern is their actual commitment to the idea of people making homes in their rental properties and being a steward of the community. My experience with them today was too impersonal in the process to simply view an apartment - where you're expected to supply them with a minimum of 1/3 of your income for a place that you would like to be your home. To view the apartment you have to fill out an application just to view the apartment. The website demands this process. It is impossible to speak with a human who is skilled in customer relations. You may speak with someone but their information about the application process in order to view the apartment is incorrect although they will argue differently. I have rented for 45 years in six different cities, living 12 years in one apartment. I need a home not a headache and when just trying to view an apartment you're met with rudeness and bureaucracy how can living there be a joy?
