A big struggle living here. The complex maintaince does not care nor resolve any issues with your apartment. If you move here, you better be handy and be able to fix your own issues - the complex is not going to do anything.

Update 8/24/24: Rat problem has not been address and just found a dead rat in the mulch beds in front of the apartment this morning. The rats continue to enter the garbage cans that they chewed holes in. garbage is scattered all about the walk way and stairs. Urgently asking NOB Hill Corporate to address this situation.
I’m my mother’s care provider and I live with her in Nob Hill. Like so many other folks if I could give a 0 star review I would.
When my mother moved into the apartment in October of 2023, it was never inspected, the flooring was literally coming up and there was garbage from the last tenants, just about all the window ballast were broken, the oven was dirty, and light switches were broken. They gave us a move in sheet to address everything that was wrong and assured that they would fix everything.
They replaced the floor about 4 months after and within the month it started coming up again. It only got replaced within the last week so it took them 10 months to rectify something that we should have never experienced.
The rodent problem is appalling. I saw less rats when I was living in Manhattan. The rats chew through the cheap plastic garbage cans they have.
The outside area in front of my mother’s apartment hasn’t been cleaned. There’s literally still leaves from last fall in the mulch beds.
Earlier this year my mother’s washing machine broke and it took them 3 months to replace and they gave her a used washing machine where all the features weren’t working. When me and my mother went to the office to voice our frustration the office manager literally shrugged us off and told us that a washing machine is a luxury item.
If they would put as much focus into the upkeep of the property as they do with telling people that they’re parking in the wrong place I believe this property would be halfway decent.
Nob Hill could be a very lovely location but for what we pay in rent our experience has been mediocre at best

Just renewed my lease here at Nob Hill and have to say that it has been a pleasure staying here. I’ve been here now for a little over a year now. After going through a very intense divorce process, I needed a soft place to land. And I can say without any doubt or hesitation that Nob Hill was my soft place to land. The community the property management staff has been extremely responsive, helpful, engaging, and friendly from day one. This is a great place for residence, be it short term or long-term.

Living at Nob Hill is the best thing that happened to me and family. This place is filled with awesome people, great staff and amazing neighbors. Once you move here you’ll fall in love with the view, the people and the staff. It’s a pleasure to wake up here, I’m very grateful to live here.

If you want to live in peace. Move here. Good service and great staff. They go above and beyond to help and make sure your experience is exceptional. Great cleaning staff, always on time. During the winter no need to worry about cleaning the snow, they clean it for you! It’s honestly a pleasure to live here with this beautiful community. The neighbors are amazing, good people and very friendly. Plus beautiful views, can’t get better than this. It’s a safe place for me and my children. Great prices for rent and it’s a wonderful place to raise your children.

The administration doesn’t care about any problem, they really don’t know the good client attention, at the beginning when they want to rent you they are so nice but after you moved here if you have any problem the act indifferent about your problems, first of all the maintenance boys entered to your house without permission, they don’t even call you, there are A LOT OF ? RATS, the are noticed about this and administration DONT do nothing, thanks god I live in second floor because my neighbors from first floor opened the door and the rats entered, this is a health and clean problem, the people in charge of pick the garbage has been change and everytime they pick it very late, I remember the last person used to pickup the garbage exactly at 7:30 of 8 am, the rats here is a big big healthy problem if you have babies or kids. my apartment carpet smells like pipi dog and they have told they are going to change the carpet but they don’t, after they told me they are going to wash but they do NOT do nothing. They change a lot the administration and the apartments are getting worsted and also is not secure, Bicycles are stolen, last week my neighbor's bicycle was stolen and my daughter's bicycle was stolen, and the only 2 cameras outside doesn’t WORK, and for you to take into consideration, they have no cameras in the parking lot, or nowhere else. Think 2 times if you want to move here because it’s not 2 dollars the rent, it’s expensive for the bad attitude and attention they give you

I've been a resident here for the past three years. Unfortunately, my experience with the management and staff has been disappointing. Despite multiple issues, there has been no effort from their side to find common ground. My primary concern stems from a flooding incident last year during a rainstorm. While management assured me they had resolved the issue to prevent future occurrences, today I returned home around 6 pm to find my entire apartment flooded again, not just the living room. I called several times for assistance, only to be informed that nothing can be done until tomorrow. This lack of immediate response feels unprofessional and has left me frustrated.
