I have being doing business with then for over 12 years. I just changed jobs and reached out for a new copier, the service is fantastic everything was done in one week. They took care of return for the old machine and the new one was already all programed when the installation was made. on those 12 years service calls was done quickly basically same day services. I have had the best experience with them.
