I had a friend purchase a hookah pen for me from this store on 07/06. The pen didn’t work it lights up when charger is applied but blows no smoke. I then went on vacation 07/09 and came back on 07/21 I came to the store to get it exchanged AND purchase another pen they refused to exchange the pen. Even tho I showed proof of the purchase, and flight receipt's. They then told me it couldn’t be exchanged because I didn’t buy it when I asked if they’d exchange it if my friend was to come today they say no lol. They try to give me every excuse and as I fixed each problem they’d come up with another. Don’t waste your time dealing with these unprofessional and incompetent people.

Just came from the smoke shop. Bought 5 cigars. Got one free. Had them cut the cigar at counter cigar disintegrated. Requests a new cigar owner said no. I informed him that he saw cigar was dry rot and no good. He refused to refund or replace cigar. I was a regular customer usually purchasing 50-60$ worth of cigars, no more. They. Suck.

Best smoke shop in Elmont, they have good selections on Premium cigars, tobacco, have great discounts on hookah and accessories, they also have great selections on craft beer. So many people come here for their lotto services and in store items. Would recommend anyone come here with their family for any of your needs. ??
