Highly recommend store, the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. I drive in from the Philly area to visit friends and family. I ve been to a few other vape type store's in Elmira. This one outclass the others. Thank you again.

This place has lost my business for good. There have been several times where i stop by during business hours and no one was there. Tonight i waited from 730pm untill 9pm for someone, no one was there but all the lights were on.

Awful place, rude, my card was hacked for over $300 after I left the store . Unprofessional. Staff made nasty remarks about my purchase to her Co worker right in front of me. Place isn't even worth spending a dime there. Highly NOT recommended

Wish I could put a higher rating, they used to be pretty good, but like a previous review it's been pretty rude and there is no point in having a phone if there's no answer. I've tried multiple times to check on the stock or when I have a question but there's never an answer. Someone is ignoring or rejecting the call, anywhere between 1 to 4 rings and it ends. Very deteriorated service.

They never answer the phone when you call to ask questions. The young boy that works there is very rude. He would rather be outside getting stoned with his buddies then to make a sale

Seems like every time I go there no one knows anything about anything, like I’ll ask a question about something in the smoke shop and the employees are just like I don’t know and are always just mad confused ??♂️??♂️
