We built a loft in my daughter’s room and needed stairs for it. We found this company online and are very pleased with the product. We are in California and the order arrived without damage within two weeks. Very easy to assemble too. Communications from the company upon placing the order was great. Very happy with our purchase!

I should start this by saying this is a valid investment for Young adults or kids with tight living situations. This company is very professional, they are very helpful over the phone and they are selling you exactly what you want. With that being said I will say that the building process is no cake walk, and the instructions do not make it any better. I honestly think they should update the instruction manual and make it more personalized towards your order. You definitely need help doing this so please don't believe that because your handy you can do this alone because this is heavy material. overall though I would recommend anyone to invest in a bed from this company .

Love this loft bed! We looked extensively at all the other companies online and we’re not impressed. Was a little concerned at the lack of reviews College Loft Beds had (was only 4 stars at the time). But reading their detailed instructions online and thoroughness helped me believe that they’d deliver a good product. I was blown away by the quality and clarity of instructions once the package arrived. We are in Oregon and getting it shipped from the East Coast was quick. Can’t give enough positive feedback. Although I wasn't able to actually go through with my loft purchase, College Bed Lofts was AMAZING. Not only did they provide excellent mockups of the custom loft; they also took the time to walk me through every single stage and guide me on each decision to ensure my daughter would have the perfect bed. When she is actually ready for a loft bed, I will be sure to use them. Customer service A++++

They are prompt in replying, answer all questions. I ordered during the height of the lockdowns and they got my items to me quickly, ahead of the projected date. The quality is exceptional and exceeded all my expectations.

I bought my loft bed/desk combo in Aug of 2018, and it's been perfect! My husband and I use the desk every day, and it's not until right now that we are noticing a very small crack. I think that speaks to the quality of the bed and desk. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an alternative option in small rooms/apartments so you can fit more into your space. Totally worth it.

We ordered a loft bed for our 8 yr old and one of the best decisions we made! The bed is made very well and so easy to stain and put together! Along with a great price for such a awesome bed it was well worth the money!

I ordered custom built twin and full size bunk beds for our tiny beach home. The phone ordering process was very easy. I described the size of my footprint and the maximum height and the cost and dimensions were quickly calculated. Our shipment arrived truly end of day so waiting around the house all day for FedEx wasn't fun, but that isn't an issue for CBL to fix. There was a shipping mix up, but Don reacted quickly and sent the missing pieces out as requested @ no charge. The full size bunk beds were super easy to put together! My husband and I did it following the directions and YouTube video with NO bickering. We are putting the twin bunk beds together next weekend and I'm looking forward to it!

Ordered online to ship to AZ. Ordered custom twin xl over twin xl, hd ladder, slatted headboards, double safety rail, double shelves upper and lower, corner and rung braces. Decided to go with "rush" processing, which was estimated at one week but got a notification it had shipped less than 5 days later (totally worth the rush charge). Shipping took just about the estimated time and could track all the way to the door! Setup is a little more complicated than IKEA furniture, but this is also not IKEA - meaning, it's built to last, not built out of pressed sawdust and cheap veneer. This bed feels bombproof and solid, everything is sturdy and heavy and well designed. If you're not sure of your ability to assemble, I would get outside help. A basic bunk bed with no extras probably wouldn't be terribly tough, but every option you add takes a little bit of guesstimation and decisiveness on "just doing what fits". I didn't want the ladder where the indicated spot was, same with the bottom shelves and the corner/rung braces - so I improvised - which is great because you can do that with this bed, but if you're expecting a step by step walkthrough of place piece A into piece B and screw together with Allen wrench - it's a little more involved than that. Overall great experience and worth the cost, and good experience getting FAST service from CBL! Would purchase from them again!
