Efficient, affordable, friendly. Brandon delivered us an oversized chair under short notice when our shipping order got canceled from the store and we didn’t have another way to get it home to Schuyler County. Thanks for fitting us into your schedule and being flexible. Would hire again.

We stored our camper with Brandon for the 2023 - 2024 winter. Brandon was wonderfully accommodating and an extremely personable individual. Our schedule to pick up the camper, due to the distance we had to travel to get to the location, could not be exact. Brandon provided access to the site, in case he wasn’t available when we arrived and made sure the camper was in an easily accessible location.
Brandon has a great indoor facility. His willingness to ensure customer satisfaction is very impressive.
We will store are Camper with Assured Storage again, no question.

I bought a sectional couch from American Freight they gave me Brandon number to call for delivery. Great communication delivered on time as promised. Respectful to my furniture and the others that live in my building there was great quiet communication between the two men bringing the couch up the stairs. Great job and will definitely use your help again ?

I booked with Assured Storage last minute and they made it work with no problem at all. I was so impressed with how quickly they moved everything out of my old place. I struggled getting things into there and they moved everything out with ease. Following a 2 hour drive absolutely nothing moved in the trailer and they worked tirelessly to move everything into my new place (up 26 stairs more than 60 times!!!) Communication was fantastic and I truly could not have asked for more. When I move again I will definitely book with them and would highly highly recommend them to anyone I know needing moving services!!! Thank you!!!!

Brandon Roe personally stole $190 and a months worth of time from me. Carefully vet storage companies. BRANDON ROE is the owner of this company and a simple Google search will review that he is accused multiple times of stealing things from his customers. I really hope you take a second thought about leaving your values within the property of someone who is a known thief.

I needed some stuff moved to where my Dad lived and where I lived they were recommended by a family member. They were very professional and took pride in what they did I was very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing to move stuff.
