Store has seen better days, but has what you expect from 7-11. Good sale prices always a welcome sight. They have a couple of gas pumps, kind of a ‘remember the 80’s’ style… because they are dated.

The 7 11 on Oakwood Ave in Elmira Heights consistently lets their coffee sit out too long causing it to get cool. I have repeatedly spoken to the staff about this and nothing ever changes. On May 6, I again said something about this to the employee working and once again was simply given the runaround, being told that the coffee "was just made", and "coffee keeps for two hours in the carafes"! It's time to start going somewhere else every day for coffee instead of paying over two dollars a cup for luke warm coffee! Do you people even care that you lose customers left and right because you simply don't care about anything?

Dashers be careful picking up orders here. Their running and giving our door-dash info to who mows who. And cherry picking drivers. Don’t be surprised if they deactivate you after picking up an order.

It was a nice place to stop for coffee and soda however if you expect you customers to wear a mask then the employees should also wear their masks properly not under their chin... I know it’s a pain to wear them but it’s also a pain to know that you have to wear it but the employees can chose not to do it right sorry to be blunt about this but someone at this establishment needs to be taught how the mask is to be warn ..... by the way I was in there around 10 pm on Friday night so it can be narrowed down to who I’m talking about... thank you for correcting this problem

I normally love this store, but I was extremely disappointed today to see that the staff were not following the state mandate requiring masks in public places. When asked about it, the male cashier stated, "they can fine me all they like, I'm still not wearing one." I do not feel safe shopping in a store where the staff are unwilling to follow a law meant to keep people safe.
