Michael has great professionalism and always responds to me when I have an issue. He cares about his clients and always does whats in their best interest. I had a cracked windshield and he went above and beyond in helping me submit my claim. He values his clients and I am happy with my rate from farmers.

Talks way too much about fraud against the company
Charges 10 first day late fee
Thinks outloud way too much
In conversation,, speaks like your asking him to commit fraud
Bad for business if your subconcously thinking fraud 24/7
I dont like anyone who hears words not spoken
Insults people on disability but it is ok for his relatives
