Attention Truckers: When delivering here and if your driving a 53 ft trailer, drive very slow onto the parking lot as there is a mailbox there which could be hit, have your tandems adjusted accordingly. Check in with the staff and they'll have you dock in an available door. This will mostly be a straight line back if you set yourself up correctly. Unloading was under an hour and I got my signed BOL's from receiver. And when you leave, again do it very slowly and with cautionOverall The workers here are very friendly and have a good sense of humor. I would deliver here again!

I bought a 2000e gen from them in 2015. Took it there July 14th for service. The service rep said 2 week turnaround. I said no problem. I called each week since and have given my name number for call backs but nothing. 2 weeks ago i called to talk to the manager. He took down all my information and said he would get it back from utica. Now 2 weeks later still no gen or a call. Really not the way to run a company. Totally frustrated.

This place is unbelievable I brought a tool to get fixed at their Utica location then a couple weeks went by inquired about my tool said they didn't get to it yet couple more weeks went by then the problems start it no one could seem to find out exactly what was going on then I was told that they lost my tool and they could not find it in between shipping and sent out to the pier repair department now I will say that the day did make good and replaced my tool but I didn't even get a I'm sorry I didn't get nothing I got my tool replaced but I feel so dissatisfied in this company I will never ever bring anything to them ever again I will never rent tools from them I will not bring my business to them I do not feel comfortable at all doing business with them it is sad because my father's business did business with them for years and years and years it's too bad that it won't move on to the next generation

Remarkable customer service from Joe LaGuardia! I sanded my fieldstone fireplace and wanted to highlight the stone grain with a sealer. After buying the wrong product on line, I turned to the experts at McQuade & Bannigan and met Joe LaGuardia. He called his suppliers, researched until he found a safe product, and scheduled shipping so the product wouldn't arrive frozen. How often does someone care as much as you do about getting the right product for the job? Thank you Joe!
