Dr Paul Fiaccowhat a joke used to think he was good Doctor now not so much he said I need to follow his medical care plan or he discharge me I was following what he asked them sends letter saying I am not I took meds he asked me take was going to see the Diabetic educator but she was booked up said they send message for her make appointment with me never did wanted me check in every 4 weeks I call the office acted clueless said relay message never did and talked with well care nurse he wanted me to has nerve say I'm not following care plan no explanation released me from practice what a joke has me start a shot with side effects then leaves me hanging they don't know how to communicate

This practice is lackluster when it comes to patient care. The actual Doctors are booked out 4 to 6 months which means you have to see a nurse practitioner or a physicians assistant. If you are lucky enough to see a doctor, they themselves are unhealthy and obese yet are trying to tell you that you need to change your lifestyle.

Been going here for over 10-15 years. Best place hands down. Dr. Bonavita and staff are absolutely amazing. I'll never go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr Joseph Augustine for about 15 years. He is hands down one of the best. Very caring and compassionate. I never feel rushed and he listens and responds to all of my many questions. A few years ago I went in and he told right up front what he suspected I had. Where the hospital was clueless until many tests were done. My entire family sees him and I would not see anyone else. He is a great Dr

If you are sick and trying to get in, forget about it. They only offer a video call and how is this supposed to help? Additionally, I have been charged out of the blue for some new "code" when I haven't been in months. I've never had so many issues with a primary care office.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr.Clapper doesn't sign off on prescriptions when she says they will be ready anytime that day.
Dr. Paul Fiacco sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I confirmed the address of the correct pharmacy 3 TIMES! I finally get the it sent to right pharmacy and he prescribed me a RECALLED medicine! I'm looking for a new GP ASAP and you should too! Even advocating for yourself isn't enough to save you from their carelessness.

I would have previously given a 4 was a patient for many years and when I switched dr.s to Dr. Adiletta I thought I had a great Doctor who reassured me that I would not just be a number, he'd listen and we'd work together on my healthcare. He was great until I chose to put getting a colonoscopy on the backburner while I delt with a more serious issue ..a major back and neck surgery- Colon cancer does not run in my family nor am I a "high risk" canidate I deal with anxiety and he is well aware. I had no idea he decided to "release me" until I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy told me to contact my Dr.s office. I was told that it showed a letter being sent to me in May , I'm not claiming they didn't however, I NEVER recieved any letter which also claimed I canceled an appointment which I did because I work two jobs and I had just been in the office within a few weeks and he wanted to do his routine 6 month bloodwork. Due to my work schedule and dealing with trying to get my ducks in a row for a Major surgery knowing I would see him sometime in the near future did I ever think he'd release me from a whole practice I had been going to for years, if he was unhappy with my choice he could have just asked me to see another physician because we were no longer on the same page. Highly, disappointed and shocked.

I was able to make an appointment to see them within one or two days there was approximately a 10 minute wait before I saw the doctor. He was attentive to my needs and took care of all of my questions

Dr. Michael Fiacco is an incredible doctor that I was blessed to be seen by. He is determined to solve problems. CNY Family Care has a lot of resources on-site, which is unique and extremely helpful.

Transportation options for people who need to reach this place and don't have a car are very limited. Also sometimes I think unnecessary meds and tests are encouraged by doctors here but that's just my opinion/experience. Otherwise this practice is good.

I have been seeing Dr Augustine for 24 years now. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Yes wait time can be long but to me it’s worth is to get good care. I own them my life, literally. I had an appointment in Dec and had just checked in and had a cardiac arrest, a widow-maker, The work on me for 25 mins. If I wasn’t there when I had, I would be dead. Can’t thank them enough.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Picciano and was sad when he retired. But I’m pleased I could stay with the practice. You can always get an appointment and they take your care seriously. Thank you CNY Family Care.
