One star is being too generous. Took a Covid test on Monday and still haven't received any results. I called customer service 5 days after the test and waited on the phone for 1.5 hours to get an update. Customer service said they're "working on it" and can't guarantee when I'll get the results. I can't go back to work until I get my results. People rely on these tests to resume with their lives or know what they have. How can you run a business this way? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!!

Yes the previously posted reviews are valid. I just worked 11 days under the auspices of a sister company which hires staff for BioReference Labs and can attest to there being very poor adherence to medical safety and laboratory standards. The squandering of resources for COVID testing by this company is scandalous in the face of this pandemic.

Most businesses and governments demand COVID test results that have been taken within 72 hours. Bio-Reference posted my last result after 88 hours -- rendering them absolutely useless. THEY KNOW THESE TEST RESULTS ARE URGENTLY NEEDED TO MAKE THEM USEFUL, but they take their time. They shouldn't be paid if results aren't available after 24-48 hours.

Do NOT Use. I booked on their website for a rapid COVID-19 test that I needed for a flight the next day only to find that the site was closed at the time they booked me in for.This was proceeded by a series of calls to their customer service representatives (who are not given phone lines with adequate call quality to hear/or be heard). The calls were transferred multiple times and dropped and the people on the phone didn't have access to any information on the rest of their sites (such as places to schedule another test) and so could not help.They still have not refunded me for the test. I would suggest booking at a better site and not relying on them for travel on tight timelines.

This is the company that my county is using for COVID testing. I had my minor child tested for school and have had nothing but problems getting a child's results. Results for people under 18 years old aren't allowed to create an account and parents are directed to email for access. The generic auto reply email says someone will reach out in 48 hours, by day 5, I had to email again. They tell me results are released to my email. After waiting 5 days, I have no info on if the account creation needs to happen in my name or the child's name. I get error codes for both. There is no separate email with the results. We just moved here and now my child can't start school because of this nonsense. No accountability, no oversight, no adequate customer service. I'll look to see who is conducting the testing from now on and make sure I don't use anyone that uses Bio- Reference.

It's pretty amazing to me that a year into this global pandemic I am being denied access to my minor child's test results. I have uploaded her birth certificate multiple times, I have made multiple phone calls to the support team. This is astounding to me the lack of access. A minor can not make their own portal, and I'm being denied access for picture quality. Well, I'm quarantined until I get her results with no scanner at home, so I guess I just won't get the results since no matter how I upload the picture it just doesn't work. Come on, do better!!

When I went in got my son tested for covid-19 they gave me the info I needed to check his results. But they did not mention in person even though he is a minor that I can not even make a account for him to access his results. When I emailed BioReference they want to take me through many loop holes to get his results. I went and got my son tested on January 27 -2021. Still waiting to hear something back from them. Was told it could take up to 48 hrs to get a result back. This is not what I expected. By my son having to wait to get his results he can not go back to daycare

I am waiting for test results for 9 days!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Terrible service and extreme disregard for patients!!! Don't get tested through Bio Reference Labs!!

Horrible service! My test results are available but the site refuses to let me view them. It told me to email them, I emailed them and they then said sorry you have to call us. I have currently been on hold forever and still now talked to anyone regarding fixing the issue of letting me review my test results!!
