Had been bringing my dry cleaning here for 3 years. In the last month, 2 high quality shirts (Lands End and Gap) came back with slashes cut in them. I asked the owner about this and he told me he doesn't actually clean them, he sends them out to someone else. He refused any type of compensation and said I should go deal with his sub-contractor. HORRIBLE customer service. For your own good, find a different cleaner. I wish I had earlier.

Not sure what Kay's review is all about maybe she had a bad day. I would hope that no business would be judged by one person's opinion. It sounds like Kay may have problems understanding people with accents. Just saying.
