Betsy is down to earth, truly wants you to love what you buy, and will do everything she can to make sure you have the best experience and are 1000% satisfied! The ring we wanted to keep needed to be upped by 2 ring sizes as well as upgrade an engagement ring. Another jeweler advised that they wouldnt be able to enlarge the ring by 2 sizes but not Betsy! She was determined to make it work and it was done flawlessly! I love how they do everything in house! I highly recommend Betsy and her team at Richards and West!

They worked with me to design a setting for a white sapphire engagement ring that was exactly what my fiancé was looking for! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, so nice to have the person you speak to at the counter be the one who designs and casts your ring.

I asked them if they could polish the acrylic Crystal my Rolex watch. They said the charge would be $35, and I asked why so much. Their reply was that they would be required to remove the movement from case so that when they polished the Crystal dust would not get inside. The Rolex is waterproof to 100 m, special Rolex tools are required to open the case. A new gasket would be required, and the watch would need to be water tested with a special Rolex machine. Other jewelers have easily polished the Crystal with jeweler's rouge and a buffing wheel. How could they come up with such crazy statements?

Not even worth a 1-Star rating. RW Manufacturing will require a deposit, ship you broken product, offer disjointed/extremely poor customer service and drop you as a customer after they get you to a breaking point. Buyer/designer please beware! It is sad to see a US, family run operation function at such a deceptive level. Many of the other east coat manufacturers do not require any kind of deposit.

I recently started my own jewelry company and decided to spend the extra money to have my products manufactured in the US instead of taking a chance going overseas. Unfortunately they were no better. They sent me my order weeks late and unfinished, deep file marks and uneven casts on over half of my orders. I was horrified and devastated. I had to send almost all of it back resulting in a loss of an important buyer. Every time I called I spoke to somebody different, only to be told that the person I was trying to reach was no longer employed there or sick. As a young person trying to start a business in this economy I was incredibly discouraged and hesitant to try again. Do not use them.

All wonderful sounding people BUT you just can't get anything accomplished. I have tried to work with them for almost a year and gotten all kinds of promises of deadlines, excuses etc. So far have spent a lot of money and gotten ONE pendant done that needs adjusting. (Poor workmanship setting the jewels + other issues)I was going to just walk away but a manager asked me to give them a second chance with big assuranses and promises. I did agree with certain conditions. Now, for a MONTH I've tried to get hold of her either by phone or email. No luck. Always some good excuse: "She's looking into it right now and will call you today", or "She's in a meating, I'll leave her a message to call you back". Never once has anybody called me back. The best one was: "I will personally check on your status and call you back today". Right. I just get the runaround. How am I supposed to start a jewelry company if it takes a year to get ONE pendant produced?!!! I'm done waisting my time, energy and money with RWManufacturing Co.
