Positive memorable customer service instances are rare and I was pleasantly surprised here.Long story short, ordered two racquetball racquets. Turns out stock was depleted after ordering. Instead of a simple refund, Cate contacted me and gave me the impression that my business was wanted.After a few back and forth emails, I am still receiving my equipment. Cate and BRS (Bell Racquet Sports) made me feel valued. I will definitely consider them for future racquet sports needs and you should, too.

Not knowing this business. I had some apprehensions about ordering a pickleball paddle via internet. I called to find out what weights were available. What service from Kate who gave me all the information and reserve a paddle for me, which I ordered straight away. She even confirmed to me everything on the phone. It was Wednesday and I received my paddle on Saturday. So happy ! Bell Raquet Sports will be now one of my favorite business for my pickleball needs... Thanks Kate !

Like many of us, I caught a pickleball bug and this is the place to get your pickleball gear! I have bought so many pickleball gear and accessories from this place, they have been welcoming and helpful since day 1. 10/10 would recommend this place. Support the local business people!

Bell Racquet Sports is a great place! The employees were very helpful and local. Overall great employees with lots of knowledge on the sports. Great place to get a new racquet or get your tennis racquet restrung. I got my tennis racquet restrung and they gave us lots of different stringing options and colors and were very helpful and knowledgeable on the topic. This is a great place to get new racquets or get your tennis racquet restrung. I highly recommend Bell Racquet Sports!

Highly recommended! I found them online when trying to find a place that restrings racquetball racquets. I called and spoke with Cate and she was like the most helpful person ever - helped me determine what string to use, tension, etc as I knew nothing about that. Shipped the racquet to them and got it back a few days later, looking awesome. Sent them another racquet too a week or two later and just got it back. See accompanying photo. Great service and excellent work.

I bought a pair of pickleball shoes. Wore them around the house and they felt great. Tore up my feet after less than 10 minutes of playing. They wouldn't do a thing for me. I'm a runner and every place I've ever purchased running shoes from will let you exchange them if they don't feel right. Most places even encourage you to get a few runs in with them so you can be sure you like them. Bell was more interested in being able to resell the shoes vs having a happy customer.

The entire family are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous people . Anytime I have walked in , even to browse I felt at ease and unrushed. This is my 2nd pair of pickleball shoes from them. great quality at fair pricing. I would recommend anyone w/ racket/ paddle sport questions to feel at ease with this fine local business.
