Extremely friendly. That goes a long way with me. Just don't make the mistake I did and just show up. He is not always there based on the hours listed, just call ahead. That was my only problem, otherwise great. They also have lots display items oh, so you can have an idea of the type of fabric, colors available. I went there for outerwear and headwear screen printing
