This company came to my apartment building unsolicited and left one of their flyers on every single doorknob. Immensely wasteful and annoying advertising. It's akin to getting junk mail.

My mom age 94 lives independently but needed laundry services for two months when her washer dryer broke and had to be replaced due to a flood. Even though I live in Boston it was super easy to communicate with Vinny the owner to set up pickup/drop off and payment each week. I was even able to organize his services while I was in Paris so my mom never had to worry! Add to that his caring nature toward my mom and me. Plus laundry was done just the way she liked it. Highly recommended !!!!

I went there for the first and last time today, 1/11/24. They only have three large capacity washers and one was out of order. Several of the smaller washers were out of order as well. I had to wait for the two working large washers because someone was already using them. I waited for the loads to finish and of course the person using them was not in the Laundromat. I asked the attendant to remove the clothes because there is a sign posted advising that unattended laundry will be removed. She refused to remove them saying that she is afraid of people yelling at her. I told her I would remove them and she said that I couldn't. Really? I told her I am here ready to wash my comforters and I'm upset and pointed to the sign. She went on to tell me that I'm only washing comforters and this is my first time here and the people that left the clothes unattended are "regular" customers. What sense does that make?! The people using the machines eventually showed up and I was able to wash my items. I won't be coming back, by the way if you select the "deep clean" cycle it's .50 cents more, there is no sign that indicates that.

I recently moved to the area and went to this laundromat , first time was a good experience. Second time around I went 2 hours before closing, I was going to wash and dry and bring home to fold. I walk in and the lady behind the counter was outside smoking and she stunk up even the inside of the laundromat with her cigarette smell. She then proceeds to tell me they close in 2 hours and I shouldn’t put my clothes in and goes off on a tangent. I said okay, no problem I’ll be going to another laundromat. Will not be going here again and do not recommend it. Lost probably what was going to be a long time customer.

the worst!!!! nicole and dime pos laundry what laundromat mat makes you give your hangers back and has no credit card machine. i just paid to stand there and remove all my clothes from the hangers open the other bag to hunt for my other laundry bag and then my atm card got eaten by the damn atm machine so i had to pay by venmo when that is exactly what i did not want to do. what year is it?? are we living in the stone age? never again!!

I decide to go there because I live near by, when I put my clothes to the dryer machine and the 36min was done, the clothes it was still wet nobody told me the they stop the gas and don't put money to the machine when the gas come back like 1 hour later they didn't refund my money I had to put more coins to dry my clothes and only 4 dryers were working usually I do my laundry in 1hour,the day I spent 3hours and More Money than usually !!!!

I had 12 bags of laundry to wash, yes I'm bad with laundry. I called and they said come on in. I head over to drop off everything and the owner, I believe her name was "Melinda or Melissa " sorry if I'm wrong, was there to greet me and started weighing the bags as I brought them in. Very sweet person. I said take your time as this is a ton of clothes. She gave me the price and I said great. Now, I am expecting a call in like 2-3 days to pick up the clothes, well literally less than 24 hours later everything is washed, dried, and folded!!!! I was like "DAAAAAMN!". I went and picked them up. She also gave me a break on the blanket washing price as well. Great work on separating by sizes for the kids and between my wife's clothes and mine. Def go here for a more personal service and support locally.

If I could give 0 stars to this laundry service I would. I sent my laundry out yesterday out of necessity - my washer and dryer broke, and I have a huge build up of laundry as I wait for the new machines to be delivered. There is only one person who does pickup and delivery and apparently he has no cell phone to be reached while he was out. When my laundry was picked up (late) yesterday, I was told I would have it back by 3pm today. I have been waiting 2.5 hours now, and no closer to having my laundry being delivered. I have called numerous times, and been told that he is out for delivery, does not have my laundry with him to deliver, and they don't know when he will be back to pick up and drop off my clothes. In my last call, I was trying to explain that I need to go out soon, and was told I can go out, and they will call me when he is on his way. I'm not going out to come running back home for him! I don't know how my laundry turned out yet, but the service is absolutely horrendous! Never ever ever again.
