I ordered 8 pieces of synthetic fascia boards and 8 synthetic risers and it took a month to deliver. Everytime i called they assured me they would deliver tomorrow, then the next day, then the next week and so on. I went in person every week for 3 weeks. The first week they told me my order was sold to someone else. The second week they said everything was broken and the third week they said they would give me a discount for my troubles but the discount was never given. I spent over $4000 with them in cash and they couldn’t even give me a little discount saying after the fact that the discount was already included in the original price when i placed the order.
