No one ever answers the phone. You need to modify your rental, pick up, drop off, speak with someone. Won't happen. They absolutely do not care about their own business. The worst.

I've used Hertz a few times now, each time i've been they've given me even nicer cars than I expected, one was brand new and the other time the guy upgraded me free of charge. Super friendly staff and so easy to pick up /drop off. They don't answer their phone that much, but they're great in person!!

They don't answer the phone. I saw the same comment from someone two months ago, so it appears that they don't care to do business by phone. Sorry, we will rent from another company.

Worst rental car experience!! They rented us a car with an invalid EZ Pass and expired tags. We found this all out at the toll booth where we were stuck, approached by two officers, yelled at and harassed by them, honked at by all cars behind us, and ultimately forced to pay cash on the spot after an excessively long and abusive lecture from the NYPD officer at the booth. We've tried following up about this at both the East Hampton airport and through Hertz general phone numbers and to date have gotten nothing but a run around. Will be reporting to Bureau of Better Business next.

Always have a good experience with this location. Representatives are very helpful and the car I reserve is almost always available. Plus the location is very convenient.
