Washer worked well, dryer worked well. Change machine worked perfectly fine too. While I was here doing my laundry the owner was here doing maintenance on the machines and cleaning, he gave me advice for how long to dry my clothes as well. Great experience, thanks a million!

Every time I go here their coin machine takes atleast 10 dollars. Noone will be there to help return your money so u have to go get change n come back but guess what when you do. The out of service light is back off. It comes on when you put money in tho pos

Was raised in EG. My parents swore by Fashion Care! I'm in Saratoga and if I need anything dry cleaned or tailored, they are the only place I'll go. Last April I put pants in there to be tailored ... completely forgot about them. Remembered this May and Fashion Care still had them waiting for me!!! Great people, prices and work!

I use this laundry mat to wash my personal clothes once a week. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. $3.50 for a wash in the med washers and ¢.25 for 5 min of drying.

A friend of mine went there after having used this laundromat many times years ago. She washed and used 7 dryers. One of the dryers had an ERR message. She called the woman over and she literally punched the machine and it started working. It was set for permanent Press but somehow the dryer got so hot that it literally burned all the clothing to the dryer. See pictures. The woman and the owner were very rude and kept pointing at the sign which was not posted near the dryers. No offer of replacing the very very expensive Christmas gifts that her daughter (age 14) had just received. At the very least they should have offered monetary compensation for the items that were burnt. Very bad customer service.
