My 83 year old widowed mother learned of Steve Starke through a friend. She owned her meticulous ranch home for over 60 years and was now in a position to relinquish it to a new owner to move closer to me. Having my mother’s best interests at heart, I was hesitant at first, and I am a bit embarrassed to say that I kind of put Steve through the ringer asking him many tough questions to see if he would do right by her. Steve’s answers were sincere and honest. He empathetically listened to my Mother’s story, took his time to look at the house, and gave his honest opinions of what she could ask for the selling price and even estimated what she might receive. He marketed the property with a wonderful blurb that garnered many scheduled showings that resulted in well over the asking price. I have to say, I was touched by Steve’s caring spirit and his honesty and transparency. If there was a higher than Five-Star rating, Stephen Starke would get it!

Due to his employment prior to being a realtor, he is able to make well educated assessments on the property of your choice. He is, however, so much more than that.
