Both times the owner and his staff went above and beyond to take the damaged areas back to good as new. They take their time and do amazing work. “When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be two to three hours for the windshield replacement. It turned out they were right. I waited three hours. While waiting there I heard several people (also waiting) talk about there past terrible experience at Safelite including long waits; misaligned glass; black goo on the dash,headliner, and glass.
My experience was just as expected and just as I was told by the service desk attendee. A long wait but I did not experience any problems.”
“Best place around. I saw they had horrible reviews so I decided to jump in and help. I've never taken a vehicle here, but Don's is the best place to take your car if you are having problems. Don is the best, kind of like the wizard of OZ. When I called Sue said boo boopy Doo. And I said boo boopy do what? And she said that means I won the mystery prize. I brought in my motorcycle for a air pressure check and received a free boo boopy Doo foot massage from sue boopy Doo. On top of that, the mystery engine they put in my 87 Dodge Omni was from a 2020 Lamborghini Hurican. I'm very pleased.”

“This place saved me big time. Im from south buffalo heading to ironwood goof course this morning and literally 1/4 mile from their shop my lug nuts became loose and wheel started to wobble. My buddy was behind me and drove to tge shop and asked if he could borrow a socket. They did one better and a young kid that worked there hopped in my friends truck with a jack and impact drill and tightened my lugs right up. It was less than 10 minutes from the time i pulled over to the time i was back on the road. He wouldn't accept any money for helping me. Cant say enough nice things. If i didnt live 40 minutes from them i would have no hesitation going to this shop on the regular. Thank you again”
