Ralph fit me in for brakes and rotors, knowing I had to drive it to Buffalo where I work. He squeezed me in so I didn't have to drive it grinding so bad. His business is an excellent business with very reasonable prices. He cares about you and your safety. He's my lifetime mechanic. I wont go anywhere else now. Thank you soooooo much Ralph's Pennzoil.
