Owners very communicative and responsive. Unit was in mint condition and was very happy with the security of the unit and the climate controlled functionality of the unit. Ideal Self Storage was the ultimate experience for the 18 months I used the facility.

Danielle at I-deal self storage is a true gem and was so kind to me when another storage unit facility had canceled my reservation without telling me. Danielle secured a unit for me at the last minute and has been an absolute pleasure to work and communicate with. The units are clean, convenient and very well priced. It is a pleasure to support this family business and I will definitely be a customer for the future.

We had a great experience working with I-deal storage. We rented a storage unit for a few months while we were transitioning from apartment to house. The facilities were clean and well kept. They were easy to communicate with and fast in responses. They were also super quick to return the deposit once we were out. I would highly recommend!

Convenient and fast rental. Even called me when I stupidly didn’t slide the latch before locking my unit. And when I didn’t answer the number I didn’t recognize they sent me a txt letting me know. So appreciative. Awesome service

We have now rented from I-Deal Self Storage in Dryden, NY, for three summers of college dormitory-related storage. The facility is excellent, safe, clean and convenient, and the service from Sharon is flawless and friendly. I've encouraged my daughter's friends to rent from I-Deal, and I will rent from them again as our needs arise. I highly recommend the climate-controlled units, where our belongings stayed clean and dry. Thank you so much, I-Deal, for making our Cornell University move-ins and move-outs that much easier and less stressful!
