“Fairly priced and wide selection for what it is, which is a store that sits somewhere between the usual home center big box stores and smaller True Value. Great for running in and out if you know what you're going to get. Staff has always been helpful.The plaza that this store sits in badly needs a facelift, but that's not the store's fault. Just don't be fooled by the appearance of the building.”

“Technician was friendly and competent. He determined that the ice maker didn't work because of a broken wire which he promptly fixed. He said the bookrate was $338.00 which is outrageous for 40 minutes work.”
“Cannot say enough good things about Shaun and his team at Home Outlet in Cortland. Shaun created the kitchen design and made the most out of the space we had to work with. Cabinets, hardware and countertops are all from Home Outlet. The bathroom cabinet, integrated countertop, hardware, lighted mirrors and flooring are also all from the Home Outlet. Building during a pandemic was a challenge. Shaun and his team helped ease the stress tremendously. I highly recommend this store.”
“This store has come a long way in the last year or so. It used to be a mess, disorganized with lots of missing basic parts and fittings, but it's much better now. There is a guy Keith working there who is knowledgeable. They have a lot in stock and the prices on things like fittings or pipe are very often 30-50% less than Lowes. They also beat Lowes on blown in cellulose insulation. We are building a house and have gotten quite a bit from this HEP.”

“What an outstanding customer experience! Visited the evening of Thurs July 10th. One female assistant was leaving for the day and walked me halfway through the shop to help me find what I was looking for (she knew exactly where it was) and another female assistant helped me at the self-scan (first time) and showed me how to get the military discount at the self-scan. Not used to that level of excellent customer service these days. Now I wish I had gotten both of their names. Definitely a reason to return to Lowes!”
“I sometimes fear having to go into these big box stores; however when I go and I get to interact with Becky it is always a pleasant experience. If everyone there was as nice, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working as her it would change the entire level of service.
