I really appreciate the professionalism of my trainer, Jason. We spend an hour discussing my training and I got the wealth of information that I did not know before. It helped me to improve my workouts, my schedule and better understand how to set goals. Jason pointed to very specific details regarding use of machines and weights,my treadmill exercise, etc. Thanks Jason a lot! Thanks NYSc for providing us with such amazing staff!

I’ve been working with Jayson Salgado as my personal trainer as I recover from double knee replacements. Jay’s terrific and knows how each machine at NYSC can best be used to improve my flexibility and strength. He’s the best!!

The area where the weights are is consistently packed regardless of what time you go. Cardio machines are usually always free to use, but there's always one or two that don't work. Not sure why they're never fixed, but there's also one elliptical that constantly makes noise and is unusable. Parking is hit or miss on getting a good spot, but there's also a garage on the second level (you need to go up the hill, make the right, and enter in on your first right down the street) which is nice. Could use some improvement, but overall a decent option when compared to other gyms in the area.

Condescending strange manager and staff friendly at times but nosy and weird— gym members we’re also confused and strange and not very welcoming. A very stupid community indeed. Don’t entice me to elaborate. I’m not the type of guy you want to come back to your gym. Get it.
