“I have been a Hilton customer for decades. This is by far the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at. Clean. Excellent, friendly service. It just happens to be at the right point for a long drive, found it totally serendipitously, a couldn’t be happier. Six stars! Also, don’t miss the center of Dobbs Ferry for some excellent dining. Breakfast at the Black Cat Cafe, a ten minute drive, was fantastic.”

“My stay was good thanks to Jocelyn, she has such a sweet and welcoming spirit. She turned our frown upside down and made sure we were comfortable. Loved that, that’s what you call going above and beyond for guests!”

“This hotel is super great! I stay at a lot of hiltons and they have had a great reputation for being a great brand of hotels. This hotel is just 5 minutes into New York State and is lovely and beautiful. This was such a great get away and cannot believe the amazing staff and would like to say that Michelle was great and so friendly. The pool and gym was one of the best and I really did enjoy this hotel. In the morning I was able to get a late checkout and there was free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the restaurant. My family and I got room service and I was very happy with the service. Check in and check out was great and was able to use my phone as a room key. Thank you Hilton Pearl River NY.”

“A very clean hotel, good location and excellent customer service from its staff. Bilingual Spanish - English.... Maybe they have staff who speak other languages.A special thank you to Carol who welcomed us and clarified all our doubts on our first visit to this hotel. This could be a perfect hotel but it was missing a couple of things that could surely improve. The only negative details to highlight would be that the trash cans are very small in the rooms & bathroom, there is no microwave in this one so you have to go down to the reception and heat your food in the dining area, parking is NOT free like this You have to pay $14 dollars per night and it doesn't have a pool.Rooms: They need more trash cans or one larger than what they have in both the room and the bathroom.Food & drinks: The breakfast is very basic, it could be better and have better variety but take advantage of the fact that it is free”

“I stood here for almost 10 days, back in February, and I was pleasantly surprised at how big and clean my room was!! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Westchester County!! Good staff too.”

“Stayed October 19 - 21. Very comfortable studio room. Very soft bed (but too soft for me), reasonable clean room (minor issues with how well housekeeping cleans). While very appreciative of the free breakfast, I was somewhat disappointed. Not very many options as I'm accustomed too but nevertheless satisfactory. They have a spin on Embassy Suites made to order eggs but clearly less appetizing. I enjoyed the 24hr coffee (specialty), tea, & hot chocolate station in the dining area. The have a nice fitness room (forgot to take pics). 12pm checkout is a plus. I recommend and would return if ever back in the area.Rooms: See picsFood & drinks: Many dining options nearby.”

“Quiet, secluded area. The rooms are very clean, you are in the woods so expect critters to possible be brought or seen in room. But so clean and beautiful area. Hike the many trails, you won't regret it.

Safety: Felt sage the entire stay

Walkability: Lost of walking to do for the views.

Food & drinks: Place has its own restaurant, but pack snacks and anything else you want on the trails, you won't find stores to get things you need.”

“Depending upon which day , will be the stars. This will be my third night here, I think I will probably sleep best tonight and I tried to call the front desk to thank he and the staff here about nobody wanted to answer. And this is not just one phone call . I've been trying to call for over an hour.. I didn't need nor want anything.. just thought I would appreciate the staff, but nope, nobody answers the phone... So, depending on which staff, it's 2-5 stars, location 5 (when the hill is only a sheet of ice) food , definitely a 5 ⭐, there are so many deliveries and pick up places that are 100,% best of NY... Enjoy your stay here as I have!!!”

He signed me up to be a member. We did have a neighbor who was extremely loud but I believe was taken care of later that night.... ...lol..Good Stay overall.”

“We stayed here for two nights. It exceeded all expectations and beyond. The service was great, the employees were exceptional, free breakfast, a bar open until midnight, a beautiful room with an updated looking bathroom, had a couch, a tv, wifi, and the bed was very comfortable. It was clean and quiet, we didn’t hear any loud noises from the mall. Security car parked around the parking lot so we felt safe coming in very late at night. The employee Christopher helped me fix the pricing because I forgot to tell them we were there for bereavement when we booked over the phone. We had cheesecake which i highly recommend and their chocolate chunk cookies were delicious! Thank you for an amazing stay!Rooms: The room was great and big! had a couch and a beautiful bathroom that you can walk right into thankfullyNearby activities: Right next to a shopping mall.Safety: Security was parked nearby and it was a nice mall area. Felt very safe.Walkability: Right next to a mall so you have endless options for food, shopping, and drinks. “From the time we had checked in, the reception staff members were as courteous as anyone can be and we were greeted with a great smile. We slept well feeling pleasant. In the morning, the custodial staff were greeting us with a smile as we went down stairs to the restaurant. Our party had the breakfast buffet and every single restaurant staff were so great to our family that we couldn’t feel any more pleasant from our visit to Crowne Plaza Englewood. Thank you to everyone at this wonderful hotel.”

“Globally, I've stayed at more Marriotts than I can remember, and this is one of my favorites - a balance of traditional and modern, with an ideal combination of onsite amenities and conveniences for a business traveler.”

“The staff stands out for its warm and friendly welcome. The breakfast, served in a particularly pleasant room, is of high quality. The well-maintained rooms offer comfortable beds, ensuring excellent rest. The property also benefits from private parking. However, it should be noted that the rooms may seem slightly cramped. In addition, the proximity of a road can occasionally cause noise pollution. Despite these aspects, the quality-price ratio remains quite satisfactory.Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast in a beautiful room.”

“It was my first time here. Got in late and left early business.Love, love, there beds, pillows and blanket. Could have slept longer, but work got in the way... lol. Ruth was great for our breakfast!!The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there wasn't any body wash soap in the shower. No big deal to me!!Hope to be back again soon!!”

“really like the place. It's a short walk to Main St Tarrytown and Beekman Ave Sleepy Hollow. It's pretty affordable, has a heated good-sized indoor pool and rooms with patios in the courtyard. It is a little dated with minor maintenance issues like doors to the parking lot that don't work with card readers, etc, but that's fine. My only complaint is their cleaning standards. Stayed there twice recently, on the way to, and the way back from visiting family to break up the drive. On the way to, everything was fine except there were a ton of balloons behind the couch. No big deal, kind of funny really but shows cleaning isn't very thorough. On the way back we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, unmade bed, dirty towels on bathroom floor etc. That was not cool, but the front desk got us a new room that was clean. Overall, I really like the place but don't be shocked at hiccups with your stay. Oh, the Keurig in the room on the way home was also broken. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Still worth it and a decent place for the price with a strip mall 2 blocks away that has breakfast, booze, pizza, Asian food, a grocery and a CVS.”

“Great location. Great service, manager Amanda was absolutely amazing, checking us in early to get us in and settled. Also totally helped out with our dog Molly understanding her emotional support tag. All the staff totally made check-in a stressfree breeze. A+ EA ”

“We stayed here four nights. The staff is super friendly. There are free snacks, as well as coffee and tea in the morning. When it comes to equipment, state of the art and cleanliness, you can only expect what you pay for.The Skyview is very good for cheap sleeping in New York. The bus goes directly to Manhattan every 15 minutes, 10 meters from the hotel. The only negative was the low water pressure in the shower.Otherwise everything was okay”

“Be careful when leaving. It can be dangerous as the location is on the highway of route 4. Make sure the road is clear from vechiles when driving off the ramp of the hotel.”

“Rooms were well cleaned and maintained, though the air conditioner lacked the power to overcome a heatwave, so it was always a little warm.

Next to the highway so good for getting around, if you're from out of town then the noise might get to you.

The buffet was fine.”

“I stayed here a few times for work and for pleasure. This is a big hotel with event center and hotel rooms. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer onsite which helped as we stayed a few days in this location. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which takes you in to NYC and the other side of the street you get off the bus from NYC. Convenient location and lots of parking on site for your vehicle.”
