“I loved the intimate atmosphere of this restaurant, in a historic Syracuse building. The menu was diverse and included a vegan option (I understand their menu changes, but it seemed there was something for everyone from the choices presented). The beer and wine list was small, but also with a good range of options (no spirits due to location close to a church as per NYS law). Our appetizer and entrees arrived very quickly and our waiter was pleasant, professional, and attentive. The food was excellent with one exception- both of us noted that our food was not completely hot when it arrived. It was warmish. I ordered chicken bibimap, which could not really be re-heated because of the mix of fresh ingredients. Nonetheless it was delicious. I thought the prices were very fair for the quality of the food. The other cold factor was the restaurant itself. It was on the chilly side. I am naturally always cold, but I noticed a few other diners wearing their jackets throughout dinner, as I did. So turn up the temperature on all fronts and this would have been a 5/5 experience!”
“I brought my tablet in because it was not functioning as it is supposed to. I sat with Shane as we worked with Verizon tech support. Shane, did everything humanly possible to help me get it working! Great store with great help!! We buy all our Verizon phones and accessories here!!”

“Great experience and customer service at this Verizon location! Mayla R. helped me with a new installation of a screen protector and was able to modify my monthly bill saving me $$$ for a service I wasn’t using! I highly recommend this store and ask for Mayla or Connor!! They are fantastic!”
“Terrance at the Destiny Mall T-Mobile shop was incredibly helpful when upgrading my son's phone. Took a while longer than expected but at the end of the day, my son has a new phone that works well. Kudos to Dontres as well who dealt with a number of customers in the best way possible! Overall pretty happy with the service from T-Mobile - been customers for several years now.”

“Scheduled an appointment to upgrade my iPhone X to a 15Pro. Arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately helped by Kenzie. She quickly got the phone I wanted (to begin the mirroring process) and told us about the discount for accessories. We continued to shop for a new case, screen protector and wireless charger. She expertly answered my questions (after reading multiple reviews on the phone I selected) . She also assisted with a question about my iPad’s mail issue.
My experience from start to finish was excellent! I recommend Kenzie (or Dan, the manager) for any of your cell phone or Verizon needs.”

“Came here originally immediately after rage quitting Verizon down the street, this was close so I went to check it out. Weird to say this for a service carrier but easily top 5 customer service experiences I've ever had.
And not just that one time, we've been working with Hannah and the staff for years at this point. Service is efficient and kind, only one manager had ever tried to hard sell and he hasn't been seen in a while. Really just solid all the way down. No notes.”
