Adding copies of BOLs, PRO Numbers and in transit auto updates by email of shipment routing and delivery status is proactive and reduces the number of calls and follow ups and sharing info customer and consignees makes there lives easier too.Used Estes Express for years and the local terminal staff and managers have.been very helpful tour customer success.”
