God forbid you need a little piece of tape to tape a package; they won’t do it it for you. You have to buy a whole roll because they’re not “allowed to tape it for you” aka they just want to make some more money. This has never been a problem at Ups or FedEx

Can't be bothered to answer the phone and the mail carriers literally don't bother to walk to the porch and lie about the reasoning. They said there was animal interference but she was asleep under the kitchen table when he delivered mail to the neighbors and then put through that lie. all to find they can't do anything and told me to call a location that's closed. Beurocratical bs for you.

I had a custom-made puzzle which was tracked to Depew post office and has never left. Fortunately I was able to call the company that made it and they are going to send me another one. Unfortunately it was a Christmas present and now I’m not going to get it until January. The Depew post office is one of the worst post office I ever dealt with.

I went to the Post Office to return a massive amount of clothes that didn't fit or looked way better online. The girl there was SUPER helpful! I was looking at the display thing they have of envelopes, boxes n tape and such, and from behind the counter she asked if I needed any help. She could've just stood there til I came up to the counter, like most customer service people do nowadays, so right off the bat - good service! I said maybe, so she said she'd come meet me over there and help me. I told her it all came in a huge plastic envelope thing. Now, she could've upsold me a box cuz I had alot of stuff so a box probably would make sense and be quicker, but she grabbed what I asked for FROM THE BACKROOM and said if it doesn't fit, that she'll find me a box, but that she hopes it does cuz otherwise I'd have to buy tape as well as the box. But, it did fit, barely but I made it work. AND it only cost $2! She deserves a raise, just sayin' ?
