The bishop team was genuinely amazing every step of buying our home! We worked with Jaime Coons after a referral from friends and she was absolutely wonderful! This was my and my husbands first time buying a house, and from another state!! She was exceptional with her communication and guidance and worked so hard to help make sure we got the home we loved! We truly believe that without Jaime and the bishop team, we would have not gotten our dream home! Thank you so much, we can’t say enough good things!

I’m writing this review as a mortgage loan officer that has worked with Cristin Bishop and her team for a good number of years. I have first hand, helped countless clients of hers to the closing table, and her clients love her and the team. She has an immense amount of experience and is incredibly resourceful in doing whatever it takes to make the customer experience one of enjoyment and success. As a listing agent she is sold-out to provide the seller what they want and expect for their home, while being steadfast and committed to every buyer that puts their trust in her and the team. She deeply appreciates everyone who trusts her with the large life decision that buying or selling a house can be. Cristin’s sales and successful closing numbers through the years tell the story of her hard work and dedication to her craft. From a level of friendship Cristin is a loyal friend who won't turn her back on you. We all have limitations and we can't please everyone, however, her ability to navigate through adversity is commendable. The best people are those who embrace adversity and learn from them. My experience with the Bishop Team Real Estate was less than satisfactory. While they did manage to help us close on our home eventually, the process was marred by several significant issues.Communication was a major problem throughout the entire transaction. It felt like we were left in the dark most of the time, with little to no updates on the progress of our purchase. It was frustrating not knowing what was happening, and it made us question the team's dedication to our needs as clients.Additionally, our agent, Cristin, unfortunately, did not provide the level of support we had hoped for. We felt that she was unhelpful and didn't effectively advocate for our best interests. Her manner of speaking with us came across as disrespectful, which left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as clients. She was also rather rude when discussing certain aspects of our home, which was disheartening.To make matters worse, our closing was delayed by several days, resulting in financial losses for us due to the extended period of uncertainty and the extra costs involved. This was a significant inconvenience, and it left us questioning the team's ability to manage the closing process efficiently.While we did eventually close on the property, the overall experience with the Bishop Team Real Estate was not one that left a positive impression. We hope that they take our feedback into consideration and strive to improve their communication and customer service in the future.
