The Batavia store used to be knowledgeable and helpful but now they have some real jerks working there it's a crapshoot when you walk in. I'd stay away from the fat guy that types on his computer in the back. I saw him berate a guy that just needed a part and refused him service because he didn't have an account. He treated me the same way today so i guess that's karma for not saying anything before.
