They do not have Saturday or any evening hours. I called the store to double check that this is the case. I guess they have no interest in having working people as customers.

Such wonderful experience at Ferguson, Jennifer helped us out with our bathroom faucets. We can’t say enough, how friendly and professional she was. Nice to see employees that care and go the extra mile. Thank you Jennifer & Ferguson, we will be back

Unless you make an appointment there is no help.. My friends I felt so bad for they over ordered products because of bad advice from sales person... Be aware they don't take returns...

After recently moving to western New York and needing to remodel my new house i started looking for local suppliers. After try multiple suppliers and none able to help, I stopped by and was greeted with a big smile from Cara. Cara helped in the design of both my kitchen and bath. She made suggestions that I never thought of. Cara was also good about keeping me informed about delays with products that were effected by covid. All in all would recommend Ferguson, and definitely reach out to Cara. She is willing to go above and beyond to help you find what are looking for.

My husband and I are in the process of remodeling our home. We are so thankful to have been working with Cara during this process as she has alleviated a great amount of stress and worry that comes along with remodeling. Cara is extremely professional, polite, friendly, and truly supports our vision for our home. Her knowledge of the products has made the selection process easy and seamless. She has also been very attentive with keeping us up to date about our orders. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we have received and the quality of the products. My husband and I visited the showroom on yesterday and was not aware that we had to make an appointment! We're having granite countertops put in n needed new faucets! Since we were in the parking lot I called n explained the situation and that we wanted to look at their kitchen n bathroom faucets. The young lady was very nice and told us that the door was open n we could come in!! That however was where the niceness n professionalism ended! While we were in the showroom no one came out to speak to us, inquire as to if we needed any help, had any questions etc. After we had been there for a while, walked around the showroom a few times a young lady came out n sat at the front desk an still no acknowledgement or inquiry!! When we did interrupt her to ask a couple of questions it appeared that we were an intrusion rather than a potential customer!! Alto we were interested in purchasing we decided to spend our money elsewhere!!

Just completed our appointment with Amanda Collins and both my husband and myself couldn’t be happier. Amanda’s knowledge and her obvious experience, made our shopping experience a pleasure. She was able to spend the time we needed, and made suggestions, to complete our bathroom remodeling project .Whenever we complete this job, we will definitely be returning to start our kitchen project with Amanda! Highly recommend her, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

After visiting other bath and kitchen galleries in the area who were very helpful, we stopped at Ferguson to see a '" Touch kitchen faucet".Upon arrival we had the misfortune to interact with the female at the desk. We inquired about the item we were interested in.We were told NO she would NOT help us stating they have thousands of faucets. Look around and find one ourselves. This employee was incredibly rude. She was not busy, on the phone or using her computer or helping anyone else!She just couldn't be bothered. After a quick walk around we left deciding to spend our time and money elsewhere.Don't waste your time, as we did at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Depew, NY

We're building a new home in South Carolina and (still) reside in Western New York. Working with Kristen has been a most extraordinary experience from selection, pricing, answering questions, suggesting different product lines or products, building manifests, instruction and installation portfolios, etc. We literally one-stop-shopped every plumbing fixture and similar accessory with Ferguson, all being delivered to South Carolina. Extraordinary service. If you are building a new home or doing a major remodel, I can not recommend this company enough. Reading some of the unhappy reviews here, I can understand their perspectives if you are looking for a replacement faucet, or what have you... you might be expecting a big box convenience or experience here. The Ferguson experience is bespoke, and you'll be frustrated here unless you want a high-end fixture that the big box store does not have. For their complete selection go to build.com and you'll find the entire catalog online. We could not be happier, thanks to Kristen and the fleet of people working with this firm.
