Horrible pharmacy! You cant call them with questions or problems...they dont answer the phones anymore. You leave a message and they supposedly return calls when they can. Dont hold your breath. Oh and god forbid you are in line to be served when lunch comes up. They literally and rudely shut metal gates in your face. Constant barrage of calls about meds no longer used needing refills. Try cancelling med refills...totally useless. Im just letting them fill the scripts, wasting their time...just disgusting.

There is nothing that needs improvement.I always have excellent service, especially from Greg Urban. He has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

HUGE disappointment. Tanya is not nice at all. When I asked about my scripts she became aggressive, loud and mean. It actually got to the point where she said she was going to refuse filling my script and told me to go find another pharmacy. Can’t believe she can speak to CUSTOMERS that way and still have a job. I recommend you consider another pharmacist/pharmacy. I certainly will be taking my business elsewhere

I absolutely recommend the CVS in the Target store on Transit Rd in Depew Ny , the pharmacist Greg is so unbelievably helpful and kind, he also goes above and beyond to help you get your meds when there is an issue with insurance or having to order them.He needs to be recognized for an amazing job he does in the pharmacy !

I have been using this pharmacy for the last 6 years. Lately I have had multiple issues with them, including not having any of my insurance information on file and not being able to refill my prescription through the automated system. I have had my insurance updated since the beginning of the year and magically they do not have any record of it. When I tried the CVS online patient account, they said I have no prescriptions with CVS. It has been a huge headache. Currently trying to switch to a more reliable pharmacy.

This particular cvs is not user friendly and my prescription is not ready and they often claim things are not called in by my doctor when they are! Pharmacist Andrew has made errors twice in a row on scheduled meds. I am switching because of this service
